Getting Ready

So suddenly, out of NOWHERE, I leave in five days. Here are some things I've been thinking about/doing to get ready: 1. I realize that for some people, leaving home for four months isn't really a big deal. But this is without a doubt the longest I have ever been away from home. Even when I'm at school, I come home at least once a month for different reasons. I'm in constant communication with my parents no matter where I am. In Italy, I won't have a phone to contact the United States, just skype and facebook. That will DEFINITELY be an interesting transition. But I'm so excited! 2. I got my money exchanged for euros. Euros are beautiful, fancy money that you almost don't even want to spend. It should maybe be framed or something. I have no idea how Euros work. Like, if something costs 3.50 euros, how does that work? 3 euros and 50 cents? Or what? This is something I have to google before I go. 3. I can count to ten in Italian. I can say hi and bye and
